Has it really been four months?
oh my! No wonder nobody ever looks at my blog. It's because I never write in it! nothing and a lot has happened these past four months if that makes any sense. I still do the mom thing and Dale still is as busy as ever at work. But my oh my have our kids grown up. Geneva is walking jumping and running everywhere! Jonah now communicates in full sentances and they are both growing like weeds. Sometimes I take a moment to savor how little they are because I know it won't last long. We're going up to peace River for thanksgiving for peace River and sticking around here for christmas. we're still trying to recover financially from the summer so there will be no trip to Utah like we hed thrown out as an idea a few months ago. I might find my way down to Edmonton to visit my sisters after christmas whether they know it or not.
photos speak more than word so here's a few from this summer to tell what we did!the water ones are at slave lake the mud ones with the Purnell's are at pipestone. and the little girl is Jocelyn, a Very good friend of mine, Jackie came up with her family for a visit from Lethbridge( bless her soul... what a drive!)

What's on your shelf Today
what's on your shelf today?
I think every house in the universe that is normal has a clutter shelf. A place to put things that do not have a home or haven't made it to their home yet. I have a few of these. The two most popular places to put stuff is the ledge separating the front entryway and the living room, and in the kitchen by the phone. at this exact moment these are the things on the ledge:Kid's tea cup,
penaten cream,
2 moist towelettes(yuo know the kinds from KFC, or something),
2 CD cases,
a tape measure,
a DVD not in it's case upside down,
a twist tie,
and 1 liter jug of bubbles.
If you have these things on your clutter shelf when you're reading it you get a prize!!!
Just joking but do give me some comments to tell me what's on yours
now I"m going to clean it off maybe I will feel like my whole house is clean if I do that

not a finisher
always in progress. That has been the excuse, the music, & the theme to my life. I am always starting new projects, & my house is eternally being cleaned. For the latter part of my life I learned to blame this "unfinisheritus" on the fact that I have ADD. But in all honesty I have never been clinically diagnosed. I just say that because in my last semester in college. I went to the college office where they help people with challenges to take a test to find out what my deal was. If they find a deficit they can give you extra time on exams. So I took the test and the lady said I was off the charts in the ADD section. That they would refer me to a shrink or whatever kind of Doctor they send you to tell you that. It was my last semester, exams were in a few weeks away and I figured ah whatever! I made It this far without any drugs or professional help... I'll be fine...and I am fine!! I'm great ! I somehow found a great husband (Dale). and we had two fine children. Jonah, almost 2 and Geneva, 6 months.
And Although I am flawwed and unfinished around the edges, I am grateful for where life has brought me. I continue to make the most out of each day whether that be all, or most of the laundry done and at the very least, a sketch started for a scrapbook page! Hopfully I'll finish the important things.
